This kind of earth energy work is all about matching your energetic needs with the corresponding energy of the stones. In this case i have made it super easy by creating and harnessing powerful stones for the intention of protection and grounding.

I’m all about using your crystals practically, especially when it comes to harnessing their energy for a particular energy shift you’d like to create. Trouble at work with a negative Nellie? perhaps feeling drained , low and out of balance?  This combination of stones you can use in a practical way to attract the energy you require or shield you from unwanted energy.

There seems to be a fair bit of confusion about crystal gridding and creating an altar/sacred space. It really does not have to be that hard! Ill be providing you with a simple instruction card which can be used to create a stand alone grid or add to your existing altar ( stay tuned for an altar blog coming up soon!)

Clusters make the perfect centrepiece for your crystal grid. Not only distributing energy out into large spaces but also amplifying the other stones it works with. Because their points go in all directions ( energy follows the C axis or out through their ‘points’!) they are like a power ball of energetic light. My first port of call for energetic protection is always Black Tourmaline! Its probably the best and most well known crystal for protection, helping to put an energetic boundary between you and others. USING YOUR SELENITE WAND- Activating A Crystal Grid/altar

Activating is the final step in creating a crystal grid, an activating crystal can be any type of crystal or you can even use your finger to trace the energy lines.

To activate a crystal grid, take your crystal of choice (can be small or large), draw an invisible line between each stone to energetically connect each to the next. You can start at the first stone you laid or the outside- there really aren’t any “rules” its up to you. Think of it like “connecting the dots” when you were a kid. Trace as many times as you like until you feel the energy is right for you.

The same works for any elements on your altar, you can activate and cleanse energy using this wand, between the altar elements or perhaps draw protection signals over your sacred space.

CRYSTAL CARE:

any crystals used for energy work need to be regularly cleansed. I suggest placing in full moon moonlight to energize, and revitalise. To cleanse, It can also be smudged/ moved through sage smoke or incense, my favourite  way to cleanse is to place on a selenite charging plate or near selenite overnight. Please avoid water, Especially Selenite as it is one for those rare crystals thats so high vibrational that it doesn’t hold outside energy so therefore never needs cleansing. It is also comprised of gypsum so please avoid water unless you’d like to destroy your piece.
