This is my favourite burning powder and I’m so excited to be able to source some for you ! A beautiful mixture of resin, wood, natural oils and herbs.

With sweet floral top notes that quietly penetrate the mind to calm it down and prepare it for the scents to follow. The middle note is that of woody sandalwood, bergamot, and cedar, that help to stabilize the thoughts and create inner peace. The final notes are sweet and spicy with predominant accents of musk and fig. Designed  that creates balance and promotes harmony.

Incense resins are the original form of burning incense. The practice of burning resins ( solid fragrant resin harvested from trees) – is thousands of years old. Burning resins was (and still is) an important part of religious and spiritual rituals and celebrations in many different cultures all around the world. Incense resins are burned on charcoal tablets, which you can find here. We recommend burning charcoal tablets on a bed of sand in a heatproof bowl- I like to place them on a bed of salt or sand to protect the dish. This listing is for one (1) 30g tin of powdered incense Song of India Buddha Delight is a fine powder packaged in a tin. The tin is 7.5cm across and 3cm high. It has a window lid and is very convenient for storage. As this product is packaged by weight the tins won’t be completely full.
