One of my favourite things to do  is to create pendulums for specific purposes . They are a practical way to use the energy of a particular mineral to match exactly the  energy you are wishing to shift/unblock and create. I use it daily on my earth star chakra and when doing crystal healing it MUST be the first and last stone placed in your layout to ensure your ‘patient’ stays grounded and connected to mumma earth.

During my accredited crystal healing training something that is super SUPER important is our etheric hygiene. I never talk about the physical healing properties of crystals but this is an exception. Magnetite is anti-inflammatory, relieves muscle aches and pains, and is beneficial for asthma, blood and the circulatory system.  It stimulates sluggish organs and sedates overactive ones.  Magnetite provides healing energy necessary for recovery.

• Magnetic jewellery should not be worn by pregnant women, or by persons with pacemakers or defibrillators, without first obtaining the consent of their physician.
• Magnetite is a rock mineral and one of the main iron ores,
• It is one of the oxides of iron, and is ferrimagnetic; it is attracted to a magnet and can be magnetized to become a permanent magnet itself.
• Magentite is found in high temperature igneous and metamorphic rocks and in sulfide veins.
• It is the most magnetic of all the naturally-occurring minerals on Earth.
• Magnetite has also occurred within pieces of meteorite. Black to Brownish coloured
• Magnetite is similar in appearance to Hematite with a metallic to semi metallic lustre mineral hardness.
• Naturally-magnetized pieces of Magnetite is also known as Lodestone. Magnetite is found in a wide range of geological environments.  Lodestone will attract small pieces of iron, which is how ancient peoples first discovered the property of magnetism.
• It is said that Magnetite is named after Magnes, a Greek shepherd boy. Magnes noticed that the iron of his staff and the nails on his shoes clung to a magnetite-bearing rock.

CRYSTAL CARE:

With any crystal used for healing work or divination, it is very important to cleanse or clear it inbetween uses. Psychic hygiene if you wish! Isuggest placing in full moon moonlight to energize, and revitalise.

To cleanse, It can also be smudged/ moved through sage smoke or incense, my favourite  way to cleanse is to place on a selenite charging plate or near selenite overnight.

Please avoid using water in order not to damage the crystal which will rust, the chain and fixtures.
