YONI “Love Eggs”
So what’s the fuss about Yoni Eggs?? And what exactly is one?
Well a yoni Is Sanskrit for “Sacred Space” which refers to a woman’s vagina. A Yoni egg is an egg shaped stone or crystal used to insert inside the yoni /vagina to strengthen & tone the entire pelvic region- pelvic floor muscles, lower abdomen, urogenital diaphrams & even the lower back. They work as a weight resistance tools to use whilst doing your kegel exercises, and of course being crystals there’s an extra energy layer by the metaphysical properties of your crystal of choice, which you can also program for intent!
Which Crystal should I Use?
Jade- highly healing, health, vitality, prosperity & abundance. Transmutes negative to Positive. Fertility
Rose Quartz - unconditional love and compassion. Peace, forgiveness, self love. Connects the heart chakra with Yoni. Attract romantic partner.
Black Obsidian - grounding, highly protective. Stimulates base chakra. Heals sexual Trauma
What’s my size ?
Generally the medium/small egg is idea for most women who haven’t given birth.
However if you have experienced childbirth, prolapse or any vaginal issues I suggest a set of two (small/medium & large) The benefit of the two is that a medium small may be too difficult for you to hold internally, so you may prefer to use a larger egg to start with and work you way back to the smaller one as your muscles are activated.
As a standard it’s usually easier to start practicing with a large egg and then go down a size!
Will it get ‘lost’?
Each egg comes drilled with a hole- If you are concerned about having problems retrieving your egg or just beginning into the world of love eggs simply thread hemp or waxed dental floss through the holes to make removal easier!
