SHIPPING/POSTAGE
Currently we ship ONLY within Australia but welcome enquiries from international visitors.
We do not refund shipping costs. We do not refund or exchange for change of mind purchases. This is in accordance with the Fair Trading Act of Western Australia.
We do not post orders when post office is shut and or on long weekends or public holidays as we manually lodge each and every order via tracked satchel so we have proof of sending. Wherever possible we will send a copy of the tracking number of your satchel/parcel . Unless stated all satchels are sent via REGULAR post and can anything up to and 14 working days to reach you. We pack our items very carefully minimize any damage within the postal system. Wherever possible we use sturdy cardboard boxes within your satchels and recycle bubble wrap and packaging. We take pride and care in getting your package to you in pristine condition.
POSTAGE/SHIPPING TIMES
We post from rural Western Australia and delays may occur which our out of our control. We cannot post every day and postal days are usually at the beginning and end of the week- either a Monday or a Friday
Australia Posts Regular postal delivery times can be anything from 3- 14 days. We will provide a tracking number and you can track your order through http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html. We do not accept responsibility for Australia Post's: ability to deliver and therefore do not refund or replace broken or lost items within their care.
LOST OR BROKEN ITEMS IN THE POST
Fairy Leonie’s Crystals is not responsible for any item that is lost in the mail, this is an unlikely event as we provide tracking on every order. Most of our items are shipped using Australia Post – we prefer TRACKED REGULAR postal satchels which covers up to $100 on lost or broken items within the postal system. If your parcel goes missing after is has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly find the status at: http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html.
We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel. When tracking shows that the item was delivered to your shipping address, we are not held liable if that parcel goes missing if your home is unattended. Australia Post will leave it in a safe drop spot or they will take it back to the PO and issue you a collection note. Some customers request leaving at the front door, this is at your own risk. If a parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.
