Grief is something we experience at many different times of our lives. The most common is the passing of a loved one.

There are also many other areas where we grieve- whether it be the end of a relationship, the loss of a job or even your children leaving home. We grieve for many things throughout our lives and it can be helpful to use the gentle energy of crystals as a tool to help us work through our feelings with love and support.

I have created this pack based on crystals I used for my own journey through the loss of my mum. The loss of our loved ones leave us broken and we are never the same. I heard many times that “time will heal all” – maybe for some is does but for me I just found I learned to “deal” better with the loss. It never goes away but I found the energy of these stones comforting and a tool to focus on the positive during my time of loss and still even to this day.

Now I’m going to caveat this with I am not a doctor or health practitioner.

We should ‘use’ Crystals with the understanding that they are part of a holistic treatment plan. They are not meant to take the place of medical or psychological treatment, but to accompany & work alongside. If you need help please find a health professional- this is not an easy journey and I’d love to tell you these stones could make it all go away but they wont! The information I give is metaphysical in nature & does not claim to heal or cure, crystals are simply a tool to guide & support us. Their gentle energy can make us feel good and give us a focus to create our own intentions.

I hand selected each single crystal; every set has been carefully designed where I have chosen every stone formation for a specific purpose no two sets are exactly the same!

They will come to you beautifully boxed to make a perfect gift or to keep them for yourself. I have included an A6 postcard with the properties of each formation and stone along with a lovely fair trade recycled sari carry pouch. Please note the design may vary from set to set.

Many people ask if it’s ok to combine crystals energy I say go for it if it feels right. Its no secret that I go by intuition and I suggest the same for you - each one of us has different needs- at one time you may feel the need to use one or maybe combine more to amplify and add to the energies you wish to use. Go with your instincts there is no right or wrong, most of all enjoy your shiny treasures.
