Bullying can take forms in many ways from physical to psychological intimidation- an imbalance of power.
It's normal to feel like we don’t have the power to do anything to stop it, but there are energetic ways to help, if you are feeling intimidated. I have selected crystals for their energy to help ground us. To assist in a feeling of control, for the courage to speak up and let others know the truth. A large part of the magic of this bracelet is that the stones help protect, by turning negative energy into positive energy!
Symbolism features heavily in my work and for this piece I have chosen the pentagram. The five-pointed star is one of the strongest symbols to represent protection and balance. Many people ask if it is ok to combine bracelets or crystal energy. Its no secret that I go by intuition and I suggest the same for you - each one of us has different needs- at one time you may feel the need to wear one or maybe combine more to amplify and add to the energies you wish to use.
Go with your instincts there is no right or wrong, most of all enjoy your shiny treasures.

Please be aware that due to a variation of crystal beads sizes may vary slightly measurements as not exact. If you are in any doubt please contact me. It’s easy to check your size just gently wrap a piece of string around your wrist and tie it to where it is comfortable. Then untie and measure to the tied point.
