We are all energy and everything about us has energy! Energy flows or it can stagnate, when our energy points are chakras are flowing it keeps us healthy happy and in balance. Our body’s are made up of 7 energy points called chakra’s which is the Sanskrit word for wheel or disc. Each one of those energy points - crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and base or root chakra corresponds to our physical, psychological and emotional selves. They also each have their unique colour. Blockage can appear in the forms of anxiety disorders, nightmares, fears, no creative inspiration, low self esteem, difficult making decisions, negative thought patterns or having trouble speaking your truth or even accessing your intuition – the list goes on and on!

Wearing chakra jewellery is therefore important as it aligns and helps unblock the chakras with the corresponding properties of the crystal. Necklaces are awesome as you can take the healing support energy wherever you go!
