When our energy (chakra) centers are unbalanced its impossible to find balance within ourselves emotionally. The knock on effect can reflect and manifest on a physical level too. Its so easy in our every day lives to be ungrounded and energetically out of wack, to feel stressed and like life is of control. This is where our shiny friends come into play- I have carefully chosen crystals for their properties and correlation to each of the 7 chakras of the body. To balance energize and work specifically for the needs of each chakra, all working in harmony to balance and provide energetic support in a gentle and unobtrusive way.

CRYSTAL BEAD CHAKRA RELATIONSHIP PROPERTIES:
Amethyst-Heals and balances each chakra. It helps us direct ourselves in the every day awareness of our place in the world. A stone to balance our thoughts and internal communication within ourselves in a healthy and vibrant manner. Relating also to the crown chakra- it helps open the gateway to expand our awareness of the universe from beyond our physical body. When our crown is in balance our energies are in-balance. When we are at peace and know our place within the universe we are unruffled by setbacks. The violet rays of this crystal is the universal life force of magic, dreams, inspiration and destiny.
Clear Quartz- Balances the lower and higher brow chakra- aligns and heals all chakras. It amplifies positive energy, amplifies the properties of all stones that are around it
Lapis Lazuli- associated with the third eye- the energy center that processes the essence of your inner spirit. Stimulates enlightenment, protects, grounds and enhances our abilities to connect to spirit guides and intuition.
Turquoise- Dyed Howlite – the colour turquoise opens the throat chakra. Allowing the power of love and communication to flow through our entire being. Clearing blockages to allow us to speak our truth, aids open communication and fabulous to help blockages with public speaking
Green Aventurine- aligns with the heart chakra. Comforts, harmonizes and protects the heart. Aventurine helps bring our bodies back into control from malignant energies. Clears and reinforces the emotional body and the heart chakra.
Yellow Calcite- is associated with the solar plexus, self confidence and hope. It is effective at clearing out old energy patterns and increases personal motivation and drive. A very powerful energy cleanser and amplifier.
Carnelian-The sacral chakra. It controls the flow of energy and the centre of gravity of the body. Its the centre of ‘life force’ in the body and controls information from the body to mind and mind to body. Intuition and “gut feelings” are controlled from this space- carnelian helps to balance out blockages to enable us to go with the flow!
Red Jasper- stimulates and stabilizes the base chakra. Energizing, cleansing and boosting the realignment of the chakra and auric system. It balances yin and yang, aligns the physical, emotional and mental bodies with the etheric realm. It helps form a feeling of security and a sense of our own power, strength and stamina
How do crystals work for us??
Well crystals work by helping to provide energy shifts for emotional strength and resilience in times of need. The best way they can work for us is to have them close to our skin where we can tap into their vibrations. So not only are they useful but beautiful too. Many people ask if it is ok to combine bracelets or crystal energy. Its no secret that I go by intuition and I suggest the same for you - each one of us has different needs- at one time you may feel the need to wear one or maybe combine more to amplify and add to the energies you wish to use. SIZE
To check your sizing its easy- simply gently wrap a piece of string around your wrist and tie it to where it is comfortable. Then untie and measure to the tied point. If your concerned let me know and l’ll pop in a free rethreading kit for you
Crystal beads sizes can vary slightly so measurements are approximate. You will receive a bracelet very similar to the one pictured- all are made from quality crystal beads that have been ethically sourced. If you are in any doubt please drop me a line!
